The National Dental Commission (NDC) on August 06, 2026, has designated a dedicated email ID — [email protected] — for streamlined processing of all Biometric Attendance System and Faculty Management Portal related requests, to be used exclusively by all Dental Colleges/Institutions.
This email ID is to be used only for: (1) transfer of Faculty/PG Student biometric data between institutions, (2) deletion of Faculty/PG Student biometric data, (3) complaints/issues related to biometric attendance machines and data synchronization, and (4) addition, deletion, or correction of Dental Faculty data in the Faculty Management Module on the NDC website.
Principals/Deans of Dental Colleges are advised to submit such requests only through this dedicated email ID, along with all requisite supporting documents, to ensure timely examination and disposal. Communications on these matters sent to any other NDC email address may not be entertained or processed.
